Salvatore P. Falzone, Jr., CPA

Sal Falzone is a partner at Rucci, Bardaro & Barrett, P.C. His practice centers on tax, accounting, and assurance services, and on business financial and strategic planning. He advises companies in transition - whether with generational transfer of control or with other required paradigm shifts.

Sal is a member of the Board of Directors of The Angel Fund (Lou Gehrig's disease) and former president of the Board of Directors of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, Massachusetts Chapter. Formerly he was a member of the Board of Directors of the D'Ventures Unlimited Foundation, Inc.

He has appeared as an expert witness before the Superior Court of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and the Internal Revenue Service. He has authored and presented numerous seminars on various topics.

Prior to joining RBB, Sal pursued his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and two large regional accounting firms. He received his B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley College, Waltham, Massachusetts.
