Bill
Rucci, managing partner of Rucci, Bardaro & Barrett P.C., specializes
in business, tax, and financial planning strategies for high net-worth
individuals and for entrepreneurs and their businesses, including
mergers and acquisitions. Author of numbers of articles and
seminars in a wide variety of areas, he has appeared on national
television as a regular guest on "Tax Break," broadcast
on CNNfn. In addition, he has appeared on a Boston-based radio talk
show as a business advisor and tax expert.
Bill is a member of the Board of Directors for
the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and for MASSbank, past president
of the Board of Directors for Malden Industrial Aid Society, and
a member of the Board of Trustees for Hallmark Health Systems, Inc.
He is co-director of the Russell Bedford International North American
Corporate Tax Group.
Bill founded the firm in 1987 at the age of twenty-six.
He and his partners have grown the firm so that it now is listed
on the Boston Business Journal Book of Lists in the top 50 accounting
firms in the Boston area. Prior to founding RBB, he spent time in
both public accounting and private industry. He received his B.S.
in Accountancy and his M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College, Waltham,
MA.
